I’ve been seeing Josh for ongoing knee injuries and can’t recommend him highly enough! He has helped me rehab and manage months of pain from a patella/knee injury and is now working with me through recovery for a separate knee injury for return to competition.

Josh is incredibly knowledgeable and provides realistic, practical options to support long term injury management and prevention.

I saw Josh for a cycling-related injury, and he was very helpful in treating my pain and providing exercises to help me get stronger. I would definitely come back if I have any future problems and highly recommend him.

I've had great success working with Josh at STR physio. They're easy to schedule, great to work with, and most importantly, got me up and running again. Would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Josh at STR Physiotherapy, and I couldn't be more impressed with his expertise and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, Josh made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability to help me recover. His knowledge of anatomy and treatment techniques is exceptional, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Josh helped me recover from various sporting injuries, and I could see noticeable improvements after each visit. My sessions were always tailored to my specific needs. If you're looking for a skilled, caring physiotherapist, I highly recommend Josh at STR Physiotherapy!

I highly recommend Joshua as a physiotherapist! I first visited him in May 2024 for recurring headaches and neck pain, and his guidance made a huge difference. He introduced me to strengthening exercises and provided posture recommendations that were both practical and effective. Throughout our sessions, Joshua was always kind, attentive, and mindful of my capabilities, ensuring I made steady progress without discomfort.

By the end of our time together, my headaches went from being a weekly struggle to only an occasional occurrence—something I wouldn’t have achieved without his help. He also assisted me with ankle mobility exercises after I sprained my foot, further demonstrating his expertise and dedication.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable and supportive physio, I highly recommend booking a session with Joshua!

I've been seeing Tak for over 5 months now post Shoulder surgery and have been extremely satisfied with the results. I would strongly recommend him (and Josh) to anyone that is in the need of physio treatment. His techniques are very effective and his slow and steady approach while listening to my body has helped me get back to my very active lifestyle. Mobility and strength are better than they were before surgery, very glad I stick with him for my 10+ sessions. Well worth it!

I have been working with Tak for a few months now in preparation for a half marathon! He is so thorough and willing to exhaust all options to get to the bottom of my pain, always having another plan if the first one doesn't work. Could not recommend him enough :)

Tak has been instrumental in helping me recover from achilles issues as well as my son's knee problems. His expertise not only got me back running but also provided my son with the care he needed. Tak is incredibly approachable, always taking the time to listen and tailor the treatment to our needs. If you’re looking for a physio who genuinely cares about your recovery, Tak is the one to see!
